We understand that when you place an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible. We will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast without any manufacturing defects.
We only accept exchange/ returns/ refunds on products that were purchased from our website https://thewayther.com or FaceBook page: https://www.facebook.com/thewayther

Any Product sold under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Shipping:

Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for the occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.

• Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days for anywhere in Bangladesh.
• On occasion, this may extend the processing & delivery time of your order.
• Inside Dhaka delivery fee is 70 Taka & Outside Dhaka Delivery fee is 150 taka.

Exchange:

• Please be sure to check the fit and sizing of your product before removing tags.
• Products exchanged must have all original tags attached.
• No discounted/special offer item will be exchanged.
• Exchange may depending on availability of products.

Returns/ Refund:

• All sold merchandise cannot be returned unless item received is damaged or incorrect.
• Unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise may be returned within 10 days for refund.
• The original shipping charges (as on actual) are non-refundable.
• No discounted/special offer item will be refundable.
• Once we receives your returned merchandise, refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days
